Do you want to return a product? Check whether you can meet the terms to return below. Refunds will only be issued after the goods have been received at our warehouse and processed.

 

Terms to return

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to report your product return. These are the only conditions in which you can report a product return.

- Product (bottle) is not opened 

- Labels on product are untouched and undamaged 

- Product is send back in original packaging


Disclaimer

If you, as a buyer, return your order, or part of it, the buyer bears the risk. You are responsible for ensuring that the products arrive at us undamaged. This means that LOUERS vodka is not liable for damage and/or loss of your returned products.

If you have received an incorrect product or the ordered product is damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer support team before returning the products. Please state your order number, the reason for return and add a photo of the product in question and/or damage.

If you want to return your order or part of it, for example because you ordered the wrong product or the wrong quantity, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Refunds

Refunds will be initiated once returned products are received at our warehouse. After this, the refund will be processed within 1-2 working days.
